Title: Information Technology Assistant (ITA)
Location: Sacramento, CA (ZIP: 95811)
Salary Range: $4,791 ā $8,485 per month (employer-paid)
Average Salary: ~$7,000/month
Estimated Hiring Range: $5,000 ā $8,000/month, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Work Model: Hybrid (up to 40% remote weekly)
š„ļøWhat Youāll Do
As an IT Assistant, youāll be a vital part of keeping the organizationās tech operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities may include:
Providing hardware and software support to staff across departments
Installing and upgrading software on local devices
Setting up and relocating IT equipment (max lift: ~22kg/50 lbs)
Assisting employees with day-to-day troubleshooting
Supporting IT projects such as software rollouts and infrastructure upgrades
