Every month, Netflix dumps a huge new pile of movies in the laps of its audience, thanks to licensing deals that it signs, and then removes movies based on ones that expire. None of these are Netflix originals, of course, as those stay forever, and we don’t know how long these will be around.

I took every single movie that’s just been added and laid them out by Rotten Tomatoes score. There are some bombs, some underrated classics and some all-time classics you can check out here. What stories do we see here? Easily the most classic films added here are ET, Stand by Me and Boyz N the Hood, but I am also happy to see modern action classic Edge of Tomorrow up there, and if you’ve never seen that Tom Cruise/Emily Blunt feature, it’s a must watch.

A lot of comedies here, including ones that shaped my teen years from Knocked Up to Bridesmaids. Further back, we have the critically hated but often-quoted in my youth Billy Madison, before critics came around to Sandler 25 years later.

The Shrek movies are split in half between good ones and bad ones. Shrek 5 is in the works, but isn’t here yet, and wouldn’t be licensed for a while. But if you’re looking for a higher quality kids movie, you cannot go wrong with the sky-high rated Chicken Run.

In terms of random picks, I really love Limitless, the Bradley Cooper feature about the drug that increases your intelligence exponentially. We’re the Millers is a great comedy that deserves a better score here. Inside Man is one of the best heist movies ever made, and that remains true to this day. If you want a purely Oscar-based film, that’s where Phantom Thread comes in.
